The CEO Roundtable is a collaborative effort between The Encubator and The C12 Group, the largest Christian CEO organization in the US. We are the sole licensee of C12 in Malaysia and Singapore.
The CEO Roundtable is designed to equip Christian CEOs and Entrepreneurs to build great businesses for a greater purpose.

Training Grants
Our groups in Malaysia are approved under the HRD Corp Claimable Course (SBL-Khas) Scheme. Companies that are contributing members of this scheme are eligible to apply for training grants.
Course Highlight
The CEO Roundtable program provides an environment for peer learning and one-to-one coaching by an experienced Coach.
With this program, you will connect with CEOs and business owners from a diverse range of industries. Together they work to transform their businesses and industries for the glory of God.
There are three categories of CEO Roundtable that are grouped based on the size of their businesses.
Four Foundational Pillars
Monthly Peer Advisory Group Meetings
The group meets one day a month to help one another with business and personal issues. You will receive feedback on your toughest decisions from other fellow CEOs and entrepreneurs. Generic issues relating to businesses and Biblical principles in business will also be discussed.
One-To-One Monthly Meetings
One-to-one sessions are held monthly with an experienced business coach who will help you to explore issues and opportunities in-depth. The coach also serves as your sounding board and holds you accountable for your agreed upon actions. As and when appropriate, the coach will pray with you for your business and personal life.

MBA-Level Business Curriculum
Each month, a set of relevant content with a common theme will be made available. They cover three areas: Devotion, Business and Ministry. Each of these are accompanied by meaningful video clips and group discussion with valuable takeaways. The content is carefully curated by the C12 Group which is the largest Christian CEO organization in the US.
Online Resources From C12 Member Resource Library
Gain access to a rich library of videos, ebooks, business tools and templates exclusively for members. There are also teachings based on Biblical principles shared by successful Christian business leaders and conference speakers. Decades of experience are captured in audio and video materials, all available at your fingertips.

Our Chairs

Dr. Lim Kah Hooi (Malaysia)
Kah Hooi has been a professional coach for CEOs and business owners for the past 25 years. Prior to this, he spent 18 years working with big multinationals in Malaysia. He has held positions in senior management including the role of General Manager and Managing Director.
He is the CEO of Encubator and Principal Chair for C12 Malaysia and Singapore (C12 is currently the world’s largest network of Christian CEOs and business owners).

Ivan Sia (Malaysia)
Before joining The Encubator as a Chair and Business Coach, Ivan Sia was CEO and Group MD of a Public Listed Company (2005-2017) with regional offices that served clients in Asia Pacific, India and Europe. His business portfolio includes Production Process Solutions, ICT, Recruitment & Outsourcing, and Product Distribution. He co-founded the company in 1992 before taking it public in 2005.
Ivan has a BSc in Microelectronics and Physics. He began his career with Motorola Semiconductors as a process automation engineer before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey.
He is a Certified Executive Coach and Team Coach from the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching academy.

Raymond Wong (Malaysia)
Raymond Wong brings over 28 years of diverse experience in electrical engineering, spanning project management, sales, and market development across Asia.
Currently Raymond serves as the CEO of the CVSKL Foundation, where he leads initiatives to fund heart and vascular procedures for Malaysia’s underserved B40 income group. He was also involved with the Global Leadership Network as the Asia East regional director, fostering growth and developing leaders across the region.
An MBA graduate and electrical engineering background, he has worked with multinational corporations specializing in electrical products. His entrepreneurial journey includes over a decade in heavy industries, particularly the oil and gas sector, where he successfully owned and managed an electrical maintenance business.

Henry Lee (Singapore)
In 2012, Henry Lee established Culture Forte to partner with clients to exceed their organizational results. Henry has more than 25 years of corporate experience including 17 years in Microsoft in the Asia region. He works with large organizations as well as SMEs to deliver results, growing their capabilities and capacity to manage market disruptions through innovation workshops, accountability training and culture transformation services.
His results-focused approach helps organizations exceed results and improve employee engagements while developing next generation leaders, taking them from high potentials to high performers.
Henry is also a spokesperson for the SkillsFuture program promoting lifelong learning in Singapore.

Ricky Choong (Malaysia)
Ricky has trained many sales professionals, helping them to upskill their knowledge base with his 30 years of experience in the FMCG space.
Prior to becoming a C12 Chair, Ricky was a training faculty in 2023. He holds the UK IPMA’s CPT certification, a testament to his commitment to professional development and excellence in this field. Ricky’s training philosophy revolves around practicality and applicability. Drawing from real world experiences, he crafts sessions that resonate with participants at all levels.
Ricky graduated with an MBA and BSc in Marketing, both from the University of Arkansas, one of the top 25 business schools in America. He is also resident trainer for the Champions of Customer Management Course for Sara Lee. Ricky’s mission as a C12 Chair is to help business leaders thrive and successfully navigate challenges while in the valley.

Chadrick Yeo
(Malaysia & Singapore)
Ordained and equipped with a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College, Chadrick has dedicated over a decade to full-time ministry. He served as English Congregational & Discipleship Pastor at Eternal Life Assembly and later as Missions Pastor at Grace Assembly, where he mobilized believers toward global impact. Today, he bridges faith and marketplace influence as the founder of AceBridge Consulting, an M&A advisory firm that merges his corporate acumen with a missional mindset.
A seasoned leader with 20+ years in corporate strategy, Chadrick excels in business development, high-stakes negotiations, and organizational growth. His tenure as a regional leader in the media and music industry sharpened his expertise in stakeholder engagement, deal execution, and partnership cultivation. Yet beyond transactions, he sees every endeavor as an opportunity to steward influence—transforming workplaces, communities, and lives through Christ-centered leadership.
At home, Chadrick is a devoted husband to Elaine and a joyful father to their four children. A self-proclaimed foodie and board-game enthusiast, he believes laughter around the table is sacred ground. When not advising clients or preaching, he’s likely buried in a book, exploring new films, or planning his next culinary adventure.
