The CEO Roundtable is a collaborative effort between The Encubator and C12 Business Forums, the world’s largest peer-learning community for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. As the sole licensee of C12 in Malaysia and Singapore, we bring this global framework to Christian business leaders here at home.
Since 1992, C12 has gathered, compelled, and equipped Christian business leaders to close the gap that often exists between a leader’s faith and their business operations. Each month, small groups of like-minded CEOs and executives meet to solve real challenges, sharpen their leadership, and hold one another accountable — building great businesses for a greater purpose.

Four Foundational Pillars
Gain access to a rich library of videos, ebooks, business tools and templates exclusively for members. There are also teachings based on Biblical principles shared by successful Christian business leaders and conference speakers. Decades of experience are captured in audio and video materials, all available at your fingertips.
Monthly one-on-one sessions with your C12 Chair — an experienced business leader who serves as your advisor, guide, and coach. Sessions run 90 minutes for CEO Roundtable and 45 minutes for Entrepreneur Roundtable; Key Player members connect with their own CEO directly instead (see Find Your Track below). Your Chair helps you explore issues in depth, holds you accountable to your commitments, and prays with you as appropriate.
Monthly Peer Advisory Group Meetings
The group meets one full day a month, in a confidential, non-solicited setting. Each session pairs practical business teaching with Open Forum — candid, structured peer counsel on your toughest decisions — plus a To-Do accountability check-in on the commitments you made last month.
One-to-One Coaching (FOCUS60)
Monthly one-on-one sessions with your C12 Chair — an experienced business leader who serves as your advisor, guide, and coach. MBA-Level Business Curriculum
Each month, a set of relevant content with a common theme will be made available. They cover three areas: Devotion, Business and Ministry. Each of these are accompanied by meaningful video clips and group discussion with valuable takeaways. The content is carefully curated by the C12 Group which is the largest Christian CEO organization in the US.

CEO Roundtable — RM5M+ Sales, 10+ Staff
For CEOs, presidents, and business owners with annual sales of RM 5 million or more and a headcount of 10 or more employees. Includes monthly CEO Forum, annual Core Business Presentation, and 90-minute monthly FOCUS60 coaching with your Chair.
Entrepreneur Roundtable — RM1M+ Sales, 5+ Staff
For entrepreneurs and business owners with annual sales of RM 1 million or more and a headcount of 5 or more employees. The same peer-forum model as CEO Roundtable, scaled for growth-stage founders — including a 45-minute monthly FOCUS60 coaching session with your Chair.
Key Player — Invited by Your CEO
For key managers and employees of a C12 CEO member, invited by their CEO to grow in business acumen and leadership readiness. Includes a monthly Key Player Forum and an annual Key Player Peer Workshop. Instead of FOCUS60 with a Chair, Key Players connect through monthly sync meetings with their own CEO.

A comprehensive framework for company health, tracking performance across five dimensions: Revenue Generation, Operations Management, Organizational Development, Financial Management, and Ministry. Mission, vision, and values sit at the center — shaping every functional decision your business makes.
BaaM & the Tri-Value Model
Business as a Ministry (BaaM) is the belief that your business belongs to God, entrusted to you as a platform for His purposes. We track outcomes using the Tri-Value Model: Team Value Add (how you steward your people), Economic Value Add (how you steward your finances), and Spiritual Value Add (how you steward the ministry dimension of your business).
