What Is Redemptive Coaching?
Redemptive Coaching is the practice of facilitating individuals and groups to grow in the context of true reality — moving from where they are to greater alignment with God’s purpose for their lives. It equips Christians with the mindset, skills, and practice to coach the way Jesus did: asking questions more than giving answers, and drawing transformation from within rather than imposing it from without.
The Redemptive Coaching Pathway
1. Essentials — Lay the foundations of the Redemptive Coaching approach and begin practicing core coaching skills.
2. Discovery 1 — Guide a coachee through a full coaching engagement, from the first session to the close.
3. Discovery 2 — Deepen your practical coaching knowledge through further exploration and practice.
4. Revelation — Explore values and beliefs, and gain more powerful tools to assist your coachees.
5. Discovery 3 — Identify your coaching niche and the tools to coach wherever you’re called.
6. Graduation Project & Follow-Up — Complete a coaching project and final assessment to graduate.

Redemptive Coaching is delivered in partnership with Free2Grow Trust, which is the original developer of the Redemptive Coaching curriculum, and North Point Academy, whose coaching methodology forms the foundation of the certification pathway. The program is designed with coaching skills and tools aligned to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies.
Begin Your Journey
Cohorts are planned quarterly, and in some cases half-yearly. Fees vary by module, cohort size, and facilitator involvement, and are confirmed at enrolment. Venue, meals, and administrative costs are charged separately, at cost.
