Ir. Dr. Nehemiah Lee
Nehemiah established his business in response to a divine calling, aspiring to be a transformative force within the industry. Currently, his company holds a leading position in the market, having surpassed a multinational corporation, and has successfully expanded into the global arena, exporting its ‘Reinforced Soil’ technology to Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India.
Dr. Lim Kah Hooi
Kah Hooi has dedicated the past 27 years to professional coaching for CEOs and business owners. Before this, he accumulated 18 years of experience with major multinational corporations in Malaysia, where he held senior management positions, including General Manager and Managing Director.
Currently, he holds the position of CEO at The Encubator and serves as the Principal Chair for C12 Groups in both Malaysia and Singapore.
Joey Teh
Joey serves as the Managing Director of a distinguished Premier Regional HR Consulting Company, established in 1998. He collaborates extensively with the senior leadership of client organizations, specializing in talent development from his extensive network of middle to senior management professionals. His expertise lies in identifying and cultivating future leaders for expanding enterprises seeking local and regional growth.
Elijah Ee
Elijah is a seasoned entrepreneur, co-founded the REAL education group, driven by his profound passion for education. Following the successful growth and development of this enterprise, it was recently acquired by a private equity fund.
Mr. Elijah continues to actively contribute in an advisory and oversight capacity to numerous companies he has established. He is dedicated to imparting his extensive business acumen and offering guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Wendy Lee
Wendy practiced law close to a decade, with a specialization in conveyancing. Additionally, she has instructed Business Law and Company Law at private educational institutions.
Peggy Lim
Peggy possesses extensive experience within various US multinational corporations, having contributed across diverse functional areas. She has also provided training and consultation to numerous small and medium-sized enterprises in the fields of Leadership and Human Resources Development.
Peggy is dedicated to empowering women to achieve work-life balance and advocates for multi-generational mentoring. She collaborates professionally and personally with her husband, Kah Hooi.
Ivan Sia
Ivan Sia is a Strategic Partner and Leadership Contributor with The Encubator, bringing over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including serving as Group CEO of Mexter Technology Berhad (Bursa Malaysia ACE Market). As a C12 Chair and CEO Coach, he works with business leaders to navigate growth, complexity, and purpose. Ivan integrates real-world operating experience with transformational leadership, helping organizations develop resilient leaders and values-driven cultures that deliver sustainable performance. He has an EMBA with Bakke Graduate University.
Peter Hong
Peter Hong is a seasoned corporate leader and mentor with over 30 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and multinational sectors in Southeast Asia. He most recently served as Group CEO of Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, leading strategic growth and operational excellence across the region. A Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Monash University graduate (Economics, Accounting), Peter is passionate about integrating faith, purpose, and leadership in the marketplace. He is a husband and father of four, committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.
Pr. Philip Lyn
Pastor Philip Lyn is a bi-vocational pastor and the founder of Skyline Church, a dynamic and expanding urban congregation distinguished by its pastoral team, which is exclusively composed of bi-vocational ministers.
He is deeply committed to integrating divine principles into professional environments and has empowered Christians globally to engage with, influence, and transform their respective workplaces.
