Lim Kah Hooi is a business coach and mentor to CEOs for the past 20 years. He has clocked more than 10,000 hours of coaching under the auspices of Vistage International, the World’s leading CEO organization. Prior to this, Kah Hooi climbed rapidly in his corporate career in several large multi-nationals in Malaysia like Hewlett Packard and Komag, first as an engineer, a section manager, a department manager, a General Manager and eventually a Managing Director.
Kah Hooi has a strong passion for marketplace transformation. In 2006, he was commissioned as the country leader for the ministry of FCCI in Malaysia. FCCI or the Fellowship of companies for Christ International (www.fcci.org) is an International marketplace ministry with the mission of “Transforming our World through Christ one company leader at a time.” In 2016, he co-founded The-Encubator (www.the-encubator.com), which is an eco-system for Christian entrepreneurs in Malaysia with the mission “To transform the marketplace through multiplying biblical entrepreneurs.”
Today, Kah Hooi worships in Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) where he heads the Workplace Ministry. Kah Hooi has a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. Recently, he obtained the Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) with Distinction for his dissertation from Bakke Graduate University, Dallas, USA. Kah Hooi is married to Peggy for the last thirty-nine years and they have three adult children and two grandchildren.
Before joining C12 Ivan spent many years running a Public Listed Company (2005 – 2017) with regional offices that served clients in Asia Pacific, India and Europe. His business portfolio includes Production Process Solutions, ICT, Recruitment & Outsourcing and Product Distribution. He co-founded the company in 1992 before its eventual listing in 2005. He was the Group MD and CEO until his exit in 2017. When he is not moving mountains and molehills in business he plays the bass guitar and is the father of 4 girls and a boy.
Raymond Wong brings over 28 years of diverse experience in electrical engineering, spanning project management, sales, and market development across Asia.
Currently Raymond serves as the CEO of the CVSKL Foundation, where he leads initiatives to fund heart and vascular procedures for Malaysia’s underserved B40 income group. He was also involved with the Global Leadership Network as the Asia East regional director, fostering growth and developing leaders across the region.
An MBA graduate and electrical engineering background, he has worked with multinational corporations specializing in electrical products. His entrepreneurial journey includes over a decade in heavy industries, particularly the oil and gas sector, where he successfully owned and managed an electrical maintenance business.
Ricky has trained many sales professionals, helping them to expand their knowledge base with his 30 years of experience in the FMCG space.
Prior to becoming a C12 Chair, Ricky was a training faculty in 2023. He holds the UK IPMA’s CPT certification, a testament to his commitment to professional development and excellence in this field. Ricky’s training philosophy revolves around practicality and applicability. Drawing from real world experiences, he crafts sessions that resonate with participants at all levels.
Ricky graduated with an MBA and BSc in Marketing, both from the University of Arkansas, one of the top 25 business schools in America. He is also resident trainer for the Champions of Customer Management Course for Sara Lee. Ricky’s mission as a C12 Chair is to help business leaders thrive and successfully navigate challenges while in the valley.
Peter Hong is a seasoned corporate leader and mentor with over 30 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and multinational sectors in Southeast Asia.
He most recently served as Group CEO of Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, leading strategic growth and operational excellence across the region.
A Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Monash University graduate (Economics, Accounting), Peter is passionate about integrating faith, purpose, and leadership in the marketplace. He is a husband and father of four, committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.
Henry Lee is the first C12 Chair in Singapore. Besides starting and chairing the inaugural C12 group in January 2020, he is also a business coach and training consultant since 2012. Prior to this, his experience included 25 years as a corporate executive with several multinationals in the USA and Asia; including 17 years in Microsoft Asia.
Since 2012, his company Culture Forte has been partnering with clients to exceed business results by focusing on taking their performance to the next level as individuals, as a team and as an organization. He derives great satisfaction by partnering with business leaders to navigate through disruptions and transform themselves and their company culture.
He focuses his energy and time working with clients to deliver breakthrough results through creating greater accountability and accelerating the transformation of their culture to a Culture of Accountability, to deliver results in the next 3 to 5 years. Henry is married to Elizabeth and they have two adult sons and they worship at Paya Lebar Methodist Church.
Ordained and equipped with a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College, Chadrick has dedicated over a decade to full-time ministry. He served as English Congregational & Discipleship Pastor at Eternal Life Assembly and later as Missions Pastor at Grace Assembly, where he mobilized believers toward global impact. Today, he bridges faith and marketplace influence as the founder of AceBridge Consulting, an M&A advisory firm that merges his corporate acumen with a missional mindset.
A seasoned leader with 20+ years in corporate strategy, Chadrick excels in business development, high-stakes negotiations, and organizational growth. His tenure as a regional leader in the media and music industry sharpened his expertise in stakeholder engagement, deal execution, and partnership cultivation. Yet beyond transactions, he sees every endeavor as an opportunity to steward influence—transforming workplaces, communities, and lives through Christ-centered leadership.
At home, Chadrick is a devoted husband to Elaine and a joyful father to their four children. A self-proclaimed foodie and board-game enthusiast, he believes laughter around the table is sacred ground. When not advising clients or preaching, he’s likely buried in a book, exploring new films, or planning his next culinary adventure.
